Landy pumps keep underpasses N359 dry
Drainage systems for three new underpasses in the Dutch national road N359 will be equipped with Landy submersible pumps, type DWP. The LANDY pumps selected here are with a Vortex impeller. This impeller type minimizes the risk of clogging and also makes the pump wear resistant. The Landy pumps, as well as the electrotechnical control systems, are designed and produced in-house at Landustrie’s premises.
The underpasses on the N359 are scheduled to be completed mid 2024. BAM Infra (main contractor) aims to build this project as sustainably and circularly as possible.
