Renovation sewerage pumping stations Doorn

Renovation of Doorn 3 sewage pumping stations

For the municipality of Utrechtse Heuvelrug, Landust renovated three sewage pumping stations in Doorn. New LANDY pumps were supplied and installed for the pumping plants on Oranje, Breul and Horst avenues, together with the associated piping and controls.

The pumping stations are equipped with clog-free submersible pumps, here of type DSP (cutting pump) and DWP (with vortex impeller).

The photos give a nice picture of the situations before and after the renovation.

To treat industrial wastewater, three Landy augers have been shipped to Vancouver, Canada. After arriving at the port, the augers will continue by road to British Columbia. The augers are over 2 metres in diameter and up to 14.5 metres long.

Hydroelectric power station opening

Last Saturday, the Netherlands' first cooperative hydropower plant was festively opened. Amid great interest, the children's mayor and the youth water digger activated the hydropower auger. After the official part, there was an open house for all interested parties. A special Dommelstroom app was developed for the plant, which provides real-time insight into energy production.

Completion new pumping station municipality of Hoorn

Landustrie supplied the mechanical and electrical components for the new booster pumping station Blokmergouw in the municipality of Hoorn. The new pumping station is part of a package of measures to optimise the existing wastewater system within the municipality. Here, the municipality is responsible for collecting the waste water and Hoogheemraadschap Hollands Noorderkwartier is responsible for transporting it to RWZI Wervershoof.

Renovation of Tjuchem screw pumping station

Commissioned by the Hunze en Aa's Water Board, Landustrie is carrying out the overhaul of the Wold en Weer pumping station in Tjuchem. The more than 40-year-old screw pump, delivered at the time by third parties, is now being repaired in Sneek. Earlier, Landustrie also repaired the other screw pump (2 in total).

n order of KWS Infra, Landustrie Sneek bv supplies ten pumps for a new business park in North Holland. Six submersible pumps with Vortex impellers ensure that all condensation water is drained into the sewage system. Four new screw pumps of type P400 (3 + 1 spare) will also be installed in the HWA pumping station. These pumps discharge the rainwater into the surface water.
