Rapid inlet pumping station conversion

In Hildesheim, Germany, Landustrie thoroughly renovated the intake pumping station of the sewage treatment plant. This involved installing two new Landustrie augers with prefabricated troughs.
One of the two augers had to remain operational at all times. Thanks to the use of a semi-compact trough, with a particularly short installation time, the conversion could be carried out quickly and efficiently.

The chosen solution perfectly matches the customer's requirements: high operational reliability, minimum downtime and future-proof performance.

What we delivered

For this project in Germany, we supplied two Landustrie augers with a semi-compact trough. This auger trough is completely self-supporting, with only the drive system being separate. On the inflow and outflow side, there will be a small foundation to which the trough will be attached.

The advantage of a (semi) compact trough is its fast installation time and low civil works.
