Smart renovation of intermediate pumping station
At the Kalundborg sewage treatment plant (Denmark), Landustrie supplied three new augers with prefabricated steel troughs. The existing intermediate pumping station was renovated to meet higher capacity and head.
A special feature of this compact design is the fully integrated drive in the steel trough. This makes both assembly and disassembly easier and significantly reduces installation time.
The installation was carried out under the supervision of Landustrie, in collaboration with our Danish partner Watergroup.

What we delivered
For RWZI Kalundborg (Denmark), Landustrie supplied three new screw pumps with prefabricated steel trough.
A special feature of this version is the fully integrated drive in the steel trough. This makes both assembly and disassembly easier and significantly reduces installation time. The augers are fitted with an aluminium cover and equipped with Landy EKO bearings: durable, low-maintenance lower bearings that are 3D self-aligning.

Compact IBA solution in Noardburgum
For a newly built house in the outskirts of Noardburgum, Noardling supplied a compact type 6 IBA installation. Connection to the municipal sewer was not possible, so a sustainable, compact and underground solution was needed.

What we delivered
For this project in Noardburgum, Noardling supplied a complete Type 6 IBA solution, tailored to the limited space around the house. As no connection to the municipal sewer was available, we recommended a compact and efficient individual wastewater treatment plant.
Our specialists took care of the entire process: from technical integration to installation and adjustment of the system. The installation was carefully built into the front garden, taking into account both aesthetics and practical accessibility for possible maintenance. Thanks to its quiet operation and low energy consumption, the resident hardly notices that the system is active.
