Mortars for Olympic sports complex
A new whitewater course has been built in Épinal, located in the Vosges Mountains (F). The unique sports centre will not only be used for recreational sports, but will be the training site for whitewater athletes during the Olympic Games in Paris in 2024. The water supply from the Moselle river will take place with an auger pumping station. On 3 July 2022, the sports complex was officially inaugurated.

What we delivered
For this project in the French Vosges, we supplied three Landustrie augers. The augers are mounted in a concrete trough and equipped with drive units.
As with previous projects, the sustainable ECO bottom bearing. A cleverly designed oil bath system enables grease lubrication without contact between lubricant and water. This makes the system not only environmentally friendly, but also low-maintenance.
