The Dutch Rivierenland Water Board renovated the primary sedimentation tanks at the Arnhem South WWTP and replaced the rotating covers. At the same time, the inside of the tanks was refurbished, with the aim to realize a maintenance and trouble-free installation.

Landustrie was the lowest bidder in the tender for the work. All tenders were judged on the basis of BVP (Best Value Procurement). The economically most advantageous tender was ultimately in the name of Landustrie, who, as main contractor, became responsible for the complete implementation. In addition to supplying the mechanical and civil parts, the project also includes a multi-year maintenance plan.

The new sludge scrapers with a length of approximately 18 meters were produced in our own machine factory in Sneek.
