On 13 September that year, the existing weir in the river was equipped with a Landustrie hydropower auger. This plant generates renewable energy for about 200 households.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The power station is an initiative of the Dommelstroom energy cooperative and was made class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For this project, we supplied a semi-compact hydropower auger with a diameter of 4 metres and a length of 6 metres. The auger was installed in a self-supporting metal trough. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The generator and gearbox are positioned separately on a separate concrete foundation. Thanks to its design, the plant is completely fish-friendly - fish are not affected by the operation of the auger. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column\" style=\"flex-basis:48%\">\n<div
