The 120-kilometre-long canal plays an important role in the irrigation of agricultural areas as well as the region's drinking water supply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Under the supervision of our own team, the installations were carefully assembled and commissioned for main contractor SOCOOPEC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-seashore-color has-text-color has-link-color class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For this project, Landustrie supplied a total of five weedscreen cleaners of type R66, our robust solution for maximum cleaning capacity. Two units were placed at Bejaoua pumping station, the remaining three at control valves along the canal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our engineers provided prior on-site measurement and trained the local team in operation and maintenance so that the installations could be commissioned independently and reliably.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The weedscreen cleaners supplied are type R66.
