Na realisatie van het gehele project zal de zuivering een capaciteit hebben van 2.5 miljoen m<sup>3 <\/sup>water per<sup>&nbsp;<\/sup>dag en daarmee de grootste installatie in Afrika en het Midden-Oosten, \u00e9n op twee na grootste ter wereld. Uitvoering vindt plaats door een consortium bestaande uit bedrijven uit Spanje, Duitsland en Egypte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Landustrie levert 10 stuks LANDY <a href=\"https:\/\/landustrie.nl\/producten\/afvalwater\/vijzelpompen\/\">vijzels<\/a>, 5 stuks voor het nieuwe inlaatgemaal en 5 stuks voor het nieuwe retourslibgemaal. Montage van de vijzels wordt onder supervisie van onze monteurs gedaan. De vijzels hebben een diameter van 3 m en verpompen per dag 9000 m<sup>3<\/sup> aan afvalwater.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In 2015 leverde Landustrie ook hetzelfde aantal vijzels voor In nauwe samenwerking met sociale werkvoorziening Amfors Groep, renoveerde Landustrie de besturing van deze minigemalen in de gemeente. Aan de hand van door Landustrie geleverde demokasten realiseerde het metaalbedrijf van Amfors (Metafors) de schakelkasten en de bijbehorende buitenopstellingskasten. Oude schakelkasten zijn door hen gedemonteerd en nauwkeurig gescheiden, gecontroleerd\u00a0 en waar mogelijk gerecycled.
