In Jebel Ali district, located in the southern part of Dubai, the existing wastewater treatment plant has been significantly expanded. Daily capacity has been increased from 300,000 to a whopping 675,000 m³ of sewage per day. Landustrie renovated the inlet pumping station of the Hildesheim sewage treatment plant in Germany. Two new LANDY augers with a prefab trough were installed here. Of the screw pumps in this pumping station, one screw must be ready for operation at all times. A quick conversion was possible because the selected semi-packaged trough has a very short installation time. The newly delivered augers have a diameter of 2.6 m and a length of 13 m.

At RWZI Kalundborg, on the northwest coast of the Danish Seeland, Landust supplied three new Landy screw pumps, fitted with a steel prefab trough. The existing intermediate pumping station at the treatment plant had to be renovated here, to meet the required higher capacity and head in the future. The modification also resulted in higher efficiency.

Latin America's largest sewage treatment plant, La Farfana, in Chile's capital Santiago, has been fitted with five new LANDY augers. The augers are installed in the intake pumping station, where some 6-7 hundred thousand m3 of wastewater is pumped into the treatment process every day.

As a subcontractor to VBK Hoorn, Landustrie supplied the mechanical works (4th phase) for RWZI Everstekoog at De Koog on Texel. This concerned the belt filter installation, the polymer make-up and dosing installation, the air compressor installation and the underwater mixer in the thickened sludge buffer.
