Gleinstätten Austria Hydropower

Sustainable hydropower project in Austria

A new hydropower screw has been installed on the River Sulm near Haslach in Austria to replace an existing installation that had been taken out of service following flooding. In collaboration with the client, KTG Austria / E-Werk Gleinstätten GmbH, a search was undertaken for a reliable and sustainable solution that utilises the existing civil infrastructure, including the weir and fish pass.
