The Landustrie pump series with a Vortex impeller is specially designed for pumping highly polluted wastewater. Where another pump fails or clogs, our Vortex pump is the solution!
Vortex pumps are relatively wear-resistant because the solids to be pumped do not come into contact with the pump impeller. This also prevents imbalance and vibration of the impeller.
Features
The principle of the Vortex impeller is based on the physical principle where a vacuum is created in the pumped medium under and around the pump. The unobstructed impeller passage ensures that the pump is clog-free. An additional advantage is that the rotating movement of the medium prevents solids from settling and keeps the pump sump cleaner.
The absence of gaps prevents clogging problems. The use of wear rings is unnecessary. The pump is characterised by its consistently high performance over its long service life. Furthermore, maintenance is minimal and the “total cost of wwnership” is extremely low.
