Colmar, Alsace (F)

In the river Ill located near Colmar in Alsace, France, a hydropower plant has been realised with two Landustrie hydropower weirs. The existing weir has been completely renovated and, with the new 190kW plant, it will supply around 250 households with green electricity.
Both augers, manufactured in Sneek, have a diameter and length of about 4 metres.
