In the river Ill located near Colmar in Alsace, France, a hydropower plant has been realised with two Landy hydropower weirs. The existing weir has been completely renovated and will supply around 250 households with green electricity with the new 190kW plant.

Stuttgart-Mühlhausen WWTP (D)

Landustrie was commissioned to supply a number of new augers and renovate a number of existing ones at WWTP Stuttgart-Mühlhausen, the largest sewage treatment plant (1.2 million IE) in the state of Baden-Württemberg. The augers to be renovated will pump wastewater from the secondary settling tank to the inlet of the sand filter, which will be extended in the near future with a fourth treatment step.

For the 170-year-old water mill Deelbrügge (located on the river Lune, between Bremen and Bremerhaven), Landustrie delivered and installed a new LANDY auger in spring 2019. This auger pumps water up to the level of the water wheel (1.5 metres).

The augers supplied by Landustrie are intended to protect Lingen, in particular the Reuschberge district, from flooding. These LANDY auger pumps (4 pieces with a length of 9 metres) can each pump 14400 m3/h and are only used during floods.
