Smart renovation of intermediate pumping station
At the Kalundborg sewage treatment plant (Denmark), Landustrie supplied three new augers with prefabricated steel troughs. The existing intermediate pumping station was renovated to meet higher capacity and head.
A special feature of this compact design is the fully integrated drive in the steel trough. This makes both assembly and disassembly easier and significantly reduces installation time.
The installation was carried out under the supervision of Landustrie, in collaboration with our Danish partner Watergroup.

What we delivered
For RWZI Kalundborg (Denmark), Landustrie supplied three new screw pumps with prefabricated steel trough.
A special feature of this version is the fully integrated drive in the steel trough. This makes both assembly and disassembly easier and significantly reduces installation time. The augers are fitted with an aluminium cover and equipped with Landy EKO bearings: durable, low-maintenance lower bearings that are 3D self-aligning.
