Weedscreen cleaners

For the removal of raw material, Landustrie supplies weedscreen cleaners, for application in both polder pumping stations and at sewer and wastewater treatment plants. The screen cleaner consists of a mobile construction with a trolley and a separate gripper and is available in various versions. The loose gripper allows grates of any width and depth to be cleaned. The landfill can also be located at any desired location due to the variable carriage length.

Special versions :

• narrower or wider gripper
• gripper on swivel arm with column
• greater working depth
• pole-changing travel and hoisting motor for different travel and hoisting speeds
• in stainless steel

For smaller pumping stations and inlets, a Landy chain cleaner be applied.

Advantages :

• no transport equipment (conveyor belts) required
• cleaning of the entire grid
• carriageway with bends allows access to any landfill site
• direct dumping on trolley or in container is possible
• no full and/or dirty grid platform
• removal of large obstacles
• no permanently submerged structural parts
• at pumping stations with multiple diffusers, one installation is sufficient
• fully automatic operation through PLC control
