Diese Bel\u00fcfter aus Kunststoff hatten einen relativ hohen Energieverbrauch und entsprachen nicht mehr den Nachhaltigkeits- und Effizienzzielen der Papierfabrik. Die Herausforderung bestand darin, den Energieverbrauch des Bel\u00fcftungsprozesses deutlich zu senken und gleichzeitig die Prozessleistung weiter zu optimieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">F\u00fcr dieses Projekt lieferten wir f\u00fcnf Landustrie-Oberfl\u00e4chenbel\u00fcfter vom Typ Landy-7. Die neuen Bel\u00fcfter wurden speziell so konzipiert, dass sie direkt an die vorhandenen Getriebe und die vorhandene Br\u00fccke angeschlossen werden k\u00f6nnen. Dadurch waren keine kostspieligen baulichen Anpassungen erforderlich.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Bel\u00fcfter werden durch Sauerstoffsensoren und ein zeitgesteuertes Regelsystem gesteuert, wodurch die Sauerstoffzufuhr in das Becken kontinuierlich optimiert wird. F\u00fcr die Demontage der alten Kunststoffbel\u00fcfter wurde ein spezialisiertes Taucherteam eingesetzt. Aufgrund der geschlossenen Betonkonstruktion war die Demontage nicht einfach.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column\" style=\"flex-basis:48%\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-ms-container
