Opvallend aan de vijzels is de getande beschoepingsrand en het toegepaste materiaal, te weten Creusabro 4800. Creusabro is een zeer hard staal met een hoge slijtbestendigheid. De\u00a0transportschroeven worden gebruikt in kolen- en gipssilo\u2019s voor zowel het graaf- als het verdeelwerk van de massa. Deze verschillende toepassingen vragen ook elk een specifieke vertanding, zo is de verdeelschroef naast kleine tanden ook nog gelijkmatig voorzien van een grote tand in de vorm van een haaienvin. De schroeven zorgen voor een optimale verdeling, van in dit geval de kolen, over de beschikbare ruimte in de silo.\u00a0Na de eerste order voor kolensilo\u2019s in China volgden nog een identieke order voor Turkije \u00e9n een Duits project waar de schroeven worden ingezet in gipssilo\u2019s.<\/p>\n\n\n<div id=\"block_60c5ba47fa366725fa429ca2a352181e\" class=\"ms_post-elements\">\n Bij inspectie of onderhoud kan de pomp eenvoudig met de hand worden opgehesen.
